With ultimate frustration I am writing this mail to inform you that I have not yet received the item at my address and now when I track it, it has been shipped to Bangalore. I have not received any phone calls or email regarding the issue and I am unable to contact you over phone.
Can you please let me know the reason for this “awesome” service you are providing and if I can still expect my product to be delivered?
