M/S sham tradding

I ordered a 3 piece of JBL bluetooth earphones and headphones from ishtyle.com but i got a duplicate wired headphones branding with JBL on side. I tired to return it and according to the receipt i have to return it to the mr sham owner of M/S sham tradding, 89B mangolpuri kallana – sector 2, rohini, Delhi, NCR 110085, phone no. 7015814201 but no one is attending my call. I also tried inform them through mail and complaint in there site but i got no response. I guess like one of these online site are only for frauds and also degrading the image of online shopping need to take against these types of sites
