Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to bring to your notice that I’ve booked my ticket in Bhagalpur Garib Rath and it was confirmed but the train was unduly late by more than 3 hours and so I didn’t board it.
As required I filed the TDR within the prescribed time limit of 2 hours after the actual departure of the train but still I’m getting the regret status.
So, kindly look into this matter and settle the claim. Required info is as follows ::
