I got sms from iocl my cash memo no 3000109631 on dt 27 th Dec 17.against my booking no 461412 dt 14 dec 17. But till dt not despatched the cly by agency M/S ISHITA GAS AGENCY.SILCHAR. 4 Assam. please let me the reason of the same immediately. by [email protected].
