I am doing my own business in Kerala ( Cochin ) as a travel agent.We are dealing with INVITEE INDIA HOLIDAYS PVT LTD ,DELHI from Nov-13 owards for their Kerala packages.The payment is clear on starting time.But on Feb month we received 3 booking and the payment I received in half amount.After continuous follow up they paid some amount.But after dropping the guest they yet not paid the balance amount.My pending balance is Rs.32,500/-.After that they are not attending my phone calls and right now I come to know that they are closed that firm and started a new one in the name of ” BANSHI TRAVELS,DELHI “.
The person that cheated me is Mr.Harikesh and he is now running the business BANSHI TRAVELS.
