I have purchased HP Printer & my order no is #100018961 from “Deja-Vu Trends” on 23-Mar-2014, yet they have not dispatched the product from their end. One of the customer care executive said, the are clearing backlogs & due which it will take few days. Now 2 weeks are over & yet they have not shipped the product & not they are not even responding the emails. I belive a strong action should be taken against this Company.

Telephonic discussion with customer executive said, since you are located in Vasai, you will be delivered the item next day
of shipment through courier.
I can’t get your action for the same & if you cant further process the order, I request you to cancel the same & refund my

Hi,
This product is under “Process”, from day 1.
10 business working days are over but you cannot just courier the product within Mumbai nor can you provide the estimated
date for delivering the product.
I don’t believe you understand the problem causing because of unavailability of Printer for my business.
For a growing company, did not expected this type of customer satisfaction.

I required this urgently & its long since, i hear from your customer executive that will ship in this week & 2 weeks are over.
Either you say that you cannot ship and refund the money back or you ship this till tomorrow.

I have placed the order on 23-Mar-2014, & i believe your company is really not interested in customer satisfaction. On 23
April, 1 month would be over, but till date shipment has not taken place locally, nor the company is sure of the date of
shipment. There is no definate time that an tele executive nor the customer care can assure & it is said, people in company
are clearing back logs. I believe if you people cannot supply product in stipulated period of time, then please dont make fool
of buyers, who pays your company in advance & cannot get the product till date.
Its the request, if with in this week till 25 Apr, 2014, if the product is not shipped, cancel the order, i cant wait any more for
my business.
