I Jay nath jha,S/O Sri Kanhaiya lal jha need your help to get my full & final amount for my previous company.
Sep-15 1st week INFRA BAZAAR PVT.LTD. AVP Mr. Aurojyoti patnaik called me for come to Hyderabad for an Interview for post of Manager, Rental. I went to Hyderabad & Mr. Patnaik take my Interview & finalized me for this post with Rs,37000.00 salary + Local convince.
I joined Infra Bazaar from 15/7/15 after Got Offer letter from Mr.Patnaik Official Email id. Till now I don’t get my appointment letter & CTC as per commitment in Offer letter.
After that more times, I requested him for development of companies rental business development, But I don’t get any support & help from company.
Then I resigned on 15/12/15 as per discussed with mr. Patnaik. Then company send me Rs.17000.00 through RTGS. But, not sent send my local convenience, Expenses & due salary.
Till now I don’t get my due full & final amount from company & now company is not ready to clear my all due amount.
Also they sent Emails to Companies, of my termination & try to damage my carrier.
Respected Sir, I am a poor person & depend on salary, to fulfill my all house related expenses(Room rent, Milkman, Shopkeeper, etc…).
Sir, I have two child’s, One two years daughter & One 6 years son, not admitted in school, due to funds.
SORRY to send this mail directly to you, because, I have no Idea, how to complain of company.
Kindly help me & do needful or forward it to right person.
