I tried to purchase an ASUS Zenfone 2 Laser (ZE550KL) (White) 16 GB phone via infibeam site on 28th January 2016. The reason for purchase was that it was shown in Magic box on that day and I paid for it Rs. 4629 via credit card. Order ID was 17779578. I got mail confirming my Order which includes the details such as item name and sub order :27339822. Later on the next day i got a mail saying that they regret to inform me that my item with order 17779578 have been cancelled as they were not able to deliver them to me as per details mentioned at the time of ordering and they are refunding the amount within 7-21 working days. I do not understand what was happened on behind this as i used to purchase and getting items earlier.
I like to know whether i can file a complaint on this and did i get any compensation for this?
