i had booked a prestige gas stove online from infibeam on 14/12/2014, as per website the item has been shipped on 230/12/2014 through Bookmypacket but till date there is no delivery. it is a very tough situation because bookmypacket.com is not replying the mail compliant and there is no contact no.of bookmypacket.com My Detail is As under:
