individual – non-refund against cancellation

Dear Sir, I would like to inform that I had purchased air tickets for journey for self and wife for visiting srinagar from calcutta by availing indian airlines flights (onward journey from calcutta on 12.10.14 and return on 17.10.14). The both to and fro journey tickets were cancelled on 30.09.14 due to devastating flood in the state of J&K. But after several requests I have not yet received my refund amount as a result I am facing financial hardship. Even they are not responding in any manner while I tried to contact them either through mail, live chat or telephonically.
