I had ordered Kangana Ranaut Raw Silk Zari amp; Mirror Work Orange Unstitched Bollywood Style Suit – ANA1 on 3rd of November 2015.

It took too long for them to deliver the item. So, I gave a request to cancel my order. I did not even receive this item.
I was trying to reach Indiarush customer care for refund, but the mentioned number was busy every time.
After trying for several days, I could talk to the customer care executive of Indiarush. I was told that refund request will be processed soon.
However, nothing has happened till now.
Its 2 months now since my money left my account. And Indiarush does not feel any obligation to return the free money.
I need my money (Rs. 1399) back to my account for an item which I did not even touch.
I have ordered a chiffon saree for 900/- on 19/01/2016 and my amount is reduced. I have not recieved any confirmation number. No response to the mail and the customer care number is not valid. Can anyone give me the contact no. of indiarush.com?

Hi this is ashok Kumar. I ordered 3 suit from India rush. But the quality is very poor. And as per given description it should be semi stitched. But it’s not. M not happy with the product and there is nobody in IndiaRush who can solve my problem. Customer care number is always busy busy busy. It’s very irritating now. Now I want my money back.
