my consumer no.23099 & 17 digit lpg id no.is 37500000010442567,mydealer name & adress is unity gas agency,2,municipal shoping center, paldi ahmedabad,380007. my domestic gas sylinder boking no.500738 dt.12.02.2015,bill no.3000114484 dt.12.02.2015.ihave not received any subsidy amt still today.pls treet the same.
