Indian home packers and movers – Luggage not received since 45 days

This is Saakshi Jain from Mumbai. I am currently pursuing my post graduation from Gurgaon. I had come back to Mumbai for my internship on the 24th october 2015. On the same day i sent out my luggage through this company INDIAN HOME PACKERS AND MOVERS. I had contacted Justdial for a couple of Packers and movers in and around Gurgaon, I sent out 3 big trolley bags and 5 cartons which includes all my clothes, shoes, bags, my very important education documents, and my laptop. The person named Mr. Gajendra came to my PG and took all my luggage and told me that i will receive my luggage on the 29th October I paid him 4500 with 1500 due on delivery. I have been following up every single day he has been telling me i will receive it in one day or two days. 6 days back he told me that he has sent out my luggage and i will receive it in 3 days and gave me the truck owners number. One day the owner tells me the luggage is in Vaashi and you will get it at night. Later, in the evening he asks me to come collect it from Vaashi. After arguments i told him i will come and collect it but he does not give me his address. I went to the police station but they ask me to go to the consumer court. I tried to speak to the consumer court in Mumbai, they asked me to go to the Delhi court. I have only come here for 3 months and i am really worried about my luggage. These people have been harassing me every day. Now they say my luggage is in Jaipur. and ask me to wait for 3 more days. Its been 45 days i have not got my luggage. I tried to launch complaints with Justdial but they always say we don’t have the responsible person we shall arrange a call back for you, which they have not.

All these people have been claiming to have my luggage at different places and Mr. Chopra ask me to pay more 3000 at delivery. Where i have already paid 4500 to Mr. Gajendra with 1500 due on delivery.
I even drafted a mail to [email protected] on 16th November 2015, but I have got no revert.
. I request you to kindly take immediate and strict action against the company- INDIAN HOME PACKERS AND MOVERS, Mr. Gajendra, Truck owners, Justdial (for giving such fraud companies names). And help me get my luggage back at the earliest.
