Indiamart.com/honnex Power Pvt Ltd — Payment paid still material does not receive

Dear sir/madam, Myself jigar parekh from porbandar…I have buy a raw material from indiamart.com/honnexpower pvt ltd company and already i have paid the money in advance and still now i didn’t get raw material …nobody is giving responce honnex power company owner suman kumar form noida he always give answer i will send aftet 2 days then after again 2 days …continue till now… I complaint to indiamart helpline but they also give no responce …please do some help it will be big thankful to u for helping me …please do something…i am trying tollfree number but didn’t receive anyone My contact no 8905201355 And suman kumar contct number 9911444198
