Respected Sir,
I, Sunayan Mishra ,have placed an order to India flower gift shop for delivery of Cake on 15-Feb-2014 in two places in two different City (Bhubaneswar and Mumbai) for some of my close relatives.
But They didnt deliver the cake till night not even day,I have called approximate 10-15 times to their staff & customer care executive,But no body respond me properly.
Then I just sent a mail to their customer care support id & same informed to them for cancelling the order & then they Informed me that you will get refunded amount with 10-15 Days.
Now I try to contact with them but nobody response my call or emails,Even I didnt recieved my money till now.I sent mail to then twice-thrice times,But I didnt get it,Even I requested to them but they are not behave properly.
Sir Please help me out to get back my money from them,I tried all nos which is giventheir website,.
