My gas subsidy is not transferred to my new UBI bank account?

I want to change my bank account for subsidy, but your employee said, no need to provide. i checked online at http://indane.co.in/, it looks my ICICI old closed account attached? (please see screenshot)

What rubbish? I have got 2 cyclinder, & no subsidy transferred in any other bank account attached my aadhar.

I also gave my Aadhar to my new Union Bank of Indiabranch to link, but still didn’t subsidy there either. What is going INDANE TEAM?

Following detail of new UBi bank detail, please provide my subsidy as early, unless i will move for consumer to harassing me , (i have visited many times my local gas agency, i checked all my account except ICICI closed, none of bank found any new payment of subsidy from your side.):
