Sub: Non-Receipt of LPG Subsidy. Indane IOCL

Respected Sir,
With reference to above, it is submitted that I have not been receiving subsidy payment on account of LPG Gas being issued to me from time to time in my SBI Account No. 11439282891. On query from the Cooperative Store, I came to know that subsidy amount was being sent to your ICICI Account No. 016301011953. But from June 15 onward, no subsidy payment has been sent either to ICICI Account No.016301011953 or any other account.
It is stated ICICI bank has arbitrarily opened my Account No. 016301011953 and on my lodging the complaint, the said account was closed. But, I have never disclosed/ submitted this account number either to Cooperative Store or IOC as not even a single transaction was made by me in this account. Anyway, under the circumstances, I request you to get my pending subsidy released to my SBI Account No. 11430282891.
In future also, matter may kindly be taken up appropriately so that all subsidy payments are made in my SBI Account No. 11430282891.
