My Adhar No: 968810088657 was linked with my SB Account 64105107031 at State Bank of Mysore Oorgaum Branch KGF on 29/09/13 thrice i recevied my LPG Subsidy amount. But for the past two months i am not received LPG subsidy to this linked Account. i given a complaint twice I got the reply stating that the subsidy amount was credited to Bank of India. i am not opened any SB Account in Bank of India, i dont have ATM Card, Pass Book, and also I dont know the Account Number.
I undergone welding training at alpha omega training agency for getting my stifund they opened Account at Bank of India some where else and got the stifund but i am not opened the Account.
Hence i requesting you kindly Delink my LPG subsidy from Bank of India and credit in to my State Bank of Mysore, Oorgaum Branch, Account No: 64105107031 IFSC : SBMY 0040089. Kindly do the
