Indane Gas – how the government will reimburse LPG consumers like me who have paid a whooping 1100+ per cylinder in the last couple of months

My question is that how the government will reimburse LPG consumers like me who have paid a whooping 1100+ per cylinder in the last couple of months, simply because they did not have an aadhaar card and more interesting when i received aadhaar card and linked it with the bank, Government is saying that it is not mandatory.
