Order No. 100018791. i ordered WD passort HDD on 23 March 2014, today its 3May 2014, no responce, order status as Processing, Called customer care 8 time, they says it is taking some time, No option on site to Cancel, if you cancel the order by customer care, u will never get any refund, bec customer care are unaware of fraud done by company, Plz all Join ONe place and send Link to CNBC awaz and other news channel, so that this news come on media. Anybody who is close to media can raise the case and give this LInk.
