Dear Sir,
i Have passed MHD from IGNOU in year 2014 …My degree is not recieved Till now..i have visited the rajgaht office 2 times and they said that you have to speed post the form and DD of rs 400 to the maidan garhi branch…so i have speed post the form and DD No-559120(21/07/2015) SBI Bank of rs 400 whose track no. is ED717427525IN..and now they are not responding any thing about this they are only telling that go to this office and go to that office so plz solve this proble ASAP.
