idea – data is non useable and balance deducted

i have got 4g data of 1gb from from idea so i was trying so hard to connect to 4g from my iphone 5s it never connects after so many calls to customer care they said the balance is going to be creadited back to my account on monday night it dint and some supervisor talks so harsh that he says your mobile doesnt support go do what ever u want i have recharged for 1 rupee magic recharge which gives 100 mb to 1 gb for that also the app or anything doesnt have any terms and conditions written any where if ask that also he says you wont get go do what ever you want type of thing i have losta around 150 ruppes of balance and later i went to idea store to check if i dont have the settings done in my mobile they say that there is no network in chennai then whats the use of so many advertisments and balance i have got which is going to expire in two days the guy in the store says go to the place where network comes i dont know how is it fair it hurts people feeling and wandering to store calling customer care i need to know clear explanation and my balance back ill fight how ever possible to get it thank yu do the need full and my mobile number is 8686456481
