I-BIZ INFOSYS PVT LTD IS FOOLING PEOPLE BY NOT TELLING THAT IF YOU DEFAULT 2ND TIME THEN YOUR WHOLE MONEY WILL BE FORFEITED WHICH IS ALSO NOT MENTIONED ON BROCHURE.
THEN THEY TELL THAT IT IS BEING MENTIONED ON BROCHURE TO REFUND A PART OF AMOUNT, BUT ARE NOT REALIZING THAT THEY HAVE ACTUALLY CHEATED BY NOT TELLING ABOVE MENTIONED POINT MANY TIMES TO ACHIEVE THEIR TARGETS OR TO GET MONEY OUT OF CLIENTS ANY HOW AND FOR THAT THEY MUST REFUND THE WHOLE MONEY IF A CLIENT COMES TO KNOW LATER AFTER PAYING DEPOSIT OR DEFAULTING 1ST TIME( BUT BEFORE SETTLING THE AGREEMENT) AND BY-PASS THEIRS TRICKS.
PLEASE GO THROUGH MY COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM AS FOLLOWS…
Subject- Refund of whole money due the points mentioned below-
Dear Madam,
Please refer to your requirement-
Registration Requirement: 1 passport size photograph,
Photocopy (Xerox) of any one Document. Ration Card, Election Card,
Driving License, PAN Card or Passport. for college Students (ID)
Then ‘How can you people practice without taking Photo and without doing agreement (Specially for Corporate Account). Even for corporate account your employees must collect the requirements which is the basis for business.
In-fact I had requested for the same by showing my PAN but it was taken up very lightly NOT TAKEN-UP(It has been accepted by your employee.), In-fact was not taken up at all as if you people wanted us to default the second time so that you’ll be in position to adjust before agreement.
PLEASE ACCEPT YOUR MISTAKES TO AVOID ARGUMENTS AND DISPUTES WHICH GO AGAINST YOU ANY HOW DUE TO YOU PEOPLE CHEATING BY ‘NOT TELLING ABOUT CERTAIN NORMS’ TILL THE TIME YOU GET DEPOSIT-
1) Like if A CANDIDATE defaults for 2nd time, his money will be forfeited IS TOLD TO CANDIDATES (ME & MY COLLEAGUES/TEAM) AFTER GETTING DEPOSIT OR THEY HAVE DEFAULTED 1ST TIME. This is extremely wrong to play with candidates hard earned money as it is also not mentioned on brochure provided NOR YOUR PERSONS TELL WELL IN ADVANCE.
In-fact, It has been accepted by your employee that he had forgotten to tell about this point no 1st (Highly ridiculous)
Now, No-way any agreement will be signed by me and may take action as per Court of Law unless matter is settled before I take action/s.
2) Training to few candidates (specially to Group’s individuals not given properly as you wanted to give training in group, but when candidates start coming individually for the amount they’ve paid, your people get embarrassed and take it personally ‘not to teach’ properly or ‘To teach partially to teach candidates which result in same sort of mistakes by candidates is clearly understandable’.
3) There is nothing against, may be practices are at times either taken personally or partially for personal convenience or of course to cheat to achieve targets (refer point no 1)
There are many other reasons demoralizing candidates ‘not to continue’ like –
4) None of the CDs/ DVDs provided work smoothly on any of the computers or versions
5) Your employee started accepting that some particular parts of training was not given at all which resulted in peculiar mistakes
AND MANY MANY MORE…………………..
Please take it positively to understand about problems faced by candidates due to cheating and teaching which demoralize them ‘not to continue’ and expect to get the whole hard earned money (WHOLE TEAMS MONEY OF 20750/-) refunded due to false commitments made (if not practices)
Thanks for cooperation to refund ASAP to avoid further action which I will take if you don’t start the process to refund my whole teams’ money (WHOLE TEAMS MONEY OF 20750/-) today itself.
