Damaged Salwar suit

Last week we ordered a Salwar suit on drapino.com.while we ordered it was looking good. But it reach our home in a bad condition. It is full of fraud. We were calling but it seems the number went wrong. Pls try to help us to get refund.
I m also 1 of them wo got cheated by drapino.. u will not get ur refund they will refund u in drapino wallet only.. i never saw any website like this..
It’s a very worst product last three I received one navy blue colour dress. It was very quality less product yesterday I Mali till now no response from u it’s a fake app and there cheating customer when I seen at online it was nice . They charged more from me
