Housefull.co.in – payment made but material not delivered

Dear Sir,

Subject: Complain against HOUSEFULL.CO.IN

I am bringing to your notice one of the case where I was cheated by one of the online merchant site. On date 12.10.2015 I have online placed an order of Sofa set with Centre table on one of the online site named housefull.co.in. Against the product I have made the payment of Rs. 41200 on 12.10.15 and the receipt of the successful payment is being received on my e-mail ID [email protected]. I have made the payment through my SBI saving bank account (Account No. 11473405893).

On date 16.10.15 I have received an e-mail from the supplier for the confirmation of the payment and received an order number 87752.

During the time of ordering it was confirmed on the supplier site that the material is available in stock and sales executive confirmed that the material will be delivered within 10 days. From the date 12.10.15 I am regularly following up with the supplier for the confirmation as on when the product will be delivered. Every time the supplier confirms that that the material will be delivered in next two days but still I have not received any confirmation as on when the product will be delivered.

It has already 20 days passed but now supplier does not give any date of delivery. I was cheated now and the supplier is not replying to any of my calls. Even the supplier did not mention any e-mail ID where we can send our feedback/complain.

I request you to please deliver me a concrete solution and help me to get my money back.
