I want to file a complaint on Hotshoppersdeal.com
Complaint Summary:
I got a call from e-commerce site HotShopperDeal.com on 23-01-2016 and said that I win an assured gift of Rs75,000. for that they said I need to purchase a product worth atleast Rs 5999. Then
Then I have placed an order of Lenovo A6000+ in the e-commerce site hotshoppersdeal.com
worth of Rs 6800. I made the transaction which redirected to EBS gateway So I thought it was Genuine but after transaction I did not receive any confirmation mail from them except the mail from paymant Gateway that Rs 6800 been deducted from my account.
When I called to the Customer care No , Most of the times it was switched off and they attempted my call after 4 days. When asking about my product, They are saying that they will arrange a call back soon with details But I never get a call back. I called them nearly 10 times in these 4 days. They are very rude to me and cutting the phone call in middle and switching off the phone.
