Homeshop18 – Not received any replacement

My order number 948309609 and sub order no 82071469 delivered to me on 12th July 2014 and I had sent that item back to vendor for replacement on 14th July with docket no D18340832 with DTDC courier and that got delivered on 18th July 2014. I had informed the same to the support team and they told within 7 days I will het my replacement. But till now I have not received any product replacement.
