home maker – snapdeal – credit of amount against cancellation of order

I am Ranjani from Chennai. I ordered for HP laptop thro sanpdeal on 10th December and I got a call from the Snap Deal that they need time to deliver the product almost after 15 days since the product has lot of demands. So, I asked them to cancel the order since I am not able to cancel the order thro online. it showed “Access is denied”. Even the customer care people took another laptop of mine thro remote and agreed to cancel the order from their end.

Every tow days, I have been making call to check the status but I received my credit card bill also for the product whcih I have cancelled.

I need the amount to be credited before 2nd January failing which I have to pay the credit card bill amount for the purpose which I am not using.

Each and every time, a different Customer care executive picks the call and the same reply “Within 24 hours, the action would be taken and the amount would credited back”

No reaction. Fucking guys with no responsibilities.

Will they react atleast for this??
