We bought Nokia X mobile from Alif Mobiles, Ernakulam in May 2014. At the time of purchase, supplier has committed that features like APPS, Network everything is available in Nokia X phone.
At that time we are getting and after one month , none of the application is working in the phone. We went to Nokia service centre and they have suggested to download the apps again and our service provider reloaded again. But in Vain. Again we called in Nokia customer support and they have told it’s because of take over by Google, after one week you will get all Apps and network as like earlier.
STILL WE ARE NOT GETTING ANYTHING IN THE SAID PHONE. THE USE OF A SMART PHONE IS NOT SUPPORTING.
Please rectify the complaint immediately.
