They are charging Rs.960 from Indore to Kanpur and in behalf of that they are not provided any services to their customer: A/C, charging point and light was not working, as well as sleeper coach was also very dirty, bed sheet and curtains was not washed from last 3-4 months it was looking so dirty, aisle was full of sack and parcels no place to move. Staff behavior was very bad and it took 22 hrs to reach Kanpur while they claim for 15 hrs in their booking portal.
