The customer service representatives are absolutely unprofessional. They would keep calling you until they have a notice and after that they would stop picking up your calls when you want to register a complaint. The name of the girl who kept calling me is Tanuja Sharma. When I asked her about my vouchers she stopped picking up my calls. Even the people at the other side of the toll free number are rude and unprofessional. A complete waste of time!
