On dated 12.05.2020 I received a message from my SBI service provider that an amount of INR 4200.00 has been debited from your SBI saving account by GOOGLE*Kay Richey with transaction ID 013374232774 and POS ID 248745000103177. Even I have not done any kind of online transaction for any kind of shopping or purchasing. When I received this massage I was on duty in my office and the ATM card with me. Neither I have given my ATM card to anyone nor I shared my ATM credentials with anybody. So how can amount be debited from account. Moreover, it is the point for what product/ service this amount be debited. Kindly resolve my issue and refund my amount as soon as possible.
