Our group of 9 persons from Delhi planned LTC visit to Kerala in the last week of dec.2015 and through Hello Travels we sought names of some genuine companies for arranging our tour package
in Kerala.One of the travel co.forwarded was a Kolkata based ‘THE GOLDEN TRIPS ( mob:08334810765,08906890630) who declares itself a ISO CERTIED CO’with very attractive terms and cost.On behalf of this co. MS DIYA SHARMA started negotiating ,they agreed with all our terms and asked for 50% of total cost as advance payment.But luckily we initially made payment of only 33% amount(rs 50000) through NEFT from my SBI A/C NO.10115392867 to its ICICI BANK CURRENT BANK A/C at Nager bazar,Kolkata on 9th nov.2015.Thereafter they called to make payment of remaining 66%amount before departure From our side when we tried again and again to contact their 24 hour mobile contact no. nobody ever picked our call.We sensed some foul play and held back the remaining amount.As last week of Dec. is peak season in Kerala,we desperately tried to contact them through email as very little time was left to book even govt. holiday homes or hotels at different locations.As we already booked air tickets and necessary approvals taken from our office, we can’t cancel our tour plan at the last minute.We proceeded on our journey with our family members on very uncertain mind.When reached Cochin, we found ourselves left high and dry as nobody from this Golden Trips came there to pick us nor they made any arrangement of hotels and cabs anywhere.At this last moment we have no option but to try to save our holiday period by paying extra amount for cabs, hotels and foods running frantically here and there in a unknown region.Fortunately God send us one MR. RAJESH from Kanyakumari,a cab driver, very helpful local guy ,who made our holiday a success.We will ever remain thankful to him.
Hence friends,please twice check before committing to this fraud online travel company anything which have no business ethics, which left us in lurch. They would have done great help to us had they told us in time that they are withdrawing, so we should make our alternative arrangement.But they kept a deceitful silence throwing us into darkness.
