Non-refund of booking amount

I have booked a Indigo Air Ticket through GOIBIBO Agency from Chandigarh to Kollkata which PNR No.MMN3MN and departure date was 25/05/2020. Due to COVID-19 flight was suspended by Airlines. As I have requested by them, they have returned my full booking Rs.7475 to GOIBIBO Travel Agency Account on 26/2020, but instead of repeated reminders to 18/06/2020, 20/06/2020 and 25/06/2020 they did not reply my mail even I have sent a letter to GOIBIBO through Speed Post but the same has been refused to collect the same.
