All the people who are thinking or planning to join this company Be aware.
Company takes in confident before joining but after taking work from the employees, their policy is very different. They do not think of providing salary to the employees.
You can check various complaints online while doing Google search, for their services as well as many of the superior employees who are taking care & heading this company.
I am a live victim of the above matter that has happened with my team.
We worked for almost 2 months, tried to generate good revenue but till date we are fighting for our salary.
Kindly take my message seriously before joining this company.

At the time of your final selection itself we did not found you capable enough for your salary expectation of Rs. 35,000 but you committed us that you would be generating 5 lakh sales right from 1st month from your team because you have experience in the field for last 3 years. When the matter came to select your team you selected Mr. Vijayendra and Mr. Praveen Agrawal who was an employee of our competitor company ( Pensa media) who was already on the that company payroll which we never knew and when inquired with Pensa Media they too did’nt knew about that.
You remained absent as and when you wanted to and took benefit of absence of company’s office in Indore location and marked present every time for you & all your team members. You never updated your absence or of your team member on field…. neither attended meetings…. never been on time for the meetings.
We had provided almost 180 meeting to you and your team in which when inquired most of the meetings were found unattended. Even the meetings which were attended could not helped you login even a single sale from your whole team.
AREA SALES MANAGER Mr. SHAILENDRA & team not able to log in single sale in whole month …. What a SHAME !!!
You did not do proper reporting any time…..neither to your reporting head Mr. Pulkit nor updated you daily sales report. You never received the call of Mr. Pulkit…….. when he tried to contact you. See the proof on attachment 1.
Whenever we asked you about your conversion you said that the Prospective clients are in pipeline. We think your pipeline had some leakage right from the start that till the month end we could not see a single conversion from your pipeline.
Finally we gave you 3 days extension for justifying your team performance then forgetting every commitment you gave at the time of joining you started arguing with the management that till 3 month every company bears employees on zero sales….. according to you the experienced candidates are hired with a hike and ransom salary to feed them for 3 months for nothing. We were able to sense your intensions since then that you had come with all planning along with your team to take company’s salary for 2- 3 months without any sales and then to leave the company.
But when you found that company is not convinced with your arguments then you finally committed that you would be generating Rs. 80,000 sales for which you would be expecting company to release you and your team salary. See the snap attachment 2 which is your e-mail.
After 1 month you showed all the fake prospective clients …. whom when we contacted said ” that they have said you that they are not interested in investment right from the start and some said that you could not deliver them well so they have invested in some other company.”
Finally Mr. Shailendra when you could not keep your word you created fake cheques and said to release the salary. We have attached the cheques you had sent us in attachment 3 & 4, which were neither clear to read and nor understandable. All the cheques were personal cheques and you had planned to not to deposit them because you knew that they were fake. We had issued you the salary but the cheques were not deposited in the company’s accounts for 2 days not even the cheques were shown lined up when inquired in our Bank. Thus we had to make stop payment seeing clearly your intentions of cheating the company.
You then planned to BLACK MAIL us of spoiling our brand by putting such misleading and fake complaints which you are doing since then to get your salary, you have logged many such misleading statement “Go Ads India P Ltd – Not Releasing salary” on various different portals with different mail id’s.
even when we were ready to release your expenses to stop you from doing these things , see the attachment no 5.
You are spoiling company’s Good will for your own cheap self interests, the company which trusted you by your words and you lied every single time right from the start.
Still you are posting such complaints against the company thus we are now initiating legal action against you for defamation of our brand.
ALL THE COMPANIES please be ware of these fraudulent employees …………..
WE STRONGLY RECOMMENT YOU TO NOT SELECT THESE FRAUD EMPLOYEES …………… CHEATERS…..
