The journey was from Shanthi nagar to Yeswantpur.
One driver who was sitting in Yeswantpur was assigned to come to my place.
He refused to come and asked me to call the company.
I kept calling the company. I get line but they kept me on hold for longer time.
They did not have the courtesy to call me and tell me about their inability.
What sort of people and what sort of services!
Why not they close the shop and spare us?
