Dear Sir / Madame,
I had given my car swift Dzire for servicing and for the first time they charged me 20,000 rupees and they introduced AC water leaskage problem and then drive shafts problems.
For the second time when i went again i was charged 20 for oil change and other charges. only for AC they took around 4-5 thousand rupees. Even after this services water leakage was happening in side the car, i took the car for 4-5 times and all the time the technicians and other responsible person are careless in providing the service and again they were charging extra. When asked strictly the secutiry came to hit me.
I kind request you to do the justice to this kind of actions by servicing centre, they charge thousands of rupees and when theoir expertise is questioned they are behaving like mafia.
Kindly request you to look into this.
