Gas Agency C/o.Indian Oil Corp Ltd-Mumbai Complaints & Reviews

On 17th Oct,2017 i applied for New Gas Connection in GAS AGENCY which is Distributor’s under INDIAN OIL CORP LTD,that day they told me they will Charge Rs.6100/- for new gas connection on that day they asked me for Rs.2000/- as Advance Payment and informed me i will get my NEW GAS CONNECTION after 1 Week which is 23rd Oct,2017.So when i went on 23rd Oct 2017 to get my Gas Connection they issued everything GAS + STOVE and its accessories after that i paid Rs.4100/- all total Payment i payed for new connection is Rs.6100/- (six thousand one hundred) .
So when they gave me Recipt in that Recipt (customer copy) there is only RS.1600/- (ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED) ONLY,when i asked i need Recipt of whole Payment which i have paid to them ,they told me i need to ask & talk with GAS AGENCY Owner !!!
i don’t mind how much they charge but as per Money we have given them we NEED that AMOUNT MONEY RECIPT ( CUSTOMER COPY).But No body in Agent Office has answer WHY they can’t give us full payment Recipt (Customer Copy) .
It’s Not happening only with me but this OPEN DAY CRIME is happening under nose of all people.
My Question is :-
1.Do they are allow have right for NOT GIVING ORIGINAL MONEY RECIPT amount we paid ?
2.Or they are charging EXTRA money for people ?
3.Or from that BALANCE Payment Rs.4500/- they will issue us FREE REFILL when we need Gas ?
