Gadgets360.com – Not replacing the phone

Hi Team,

I had purchase a phone through gadgets360 and they sent me faulty phone, when i asked for replace the phone than they are not replying anymore i have sent them many emails, msg, calls but they did not reply anything, I had purchased it on 1 Dec 2015 now it has been past a month. Order number is OB35162138E08B6BE2 .

Please help me out to get replace the phone.
