I ordered XOLO ERA HD on 11th Dec 2015 from gadgets360.com. 4999 INR deducted from my a/c however no confirmation sms and no email received.
I send an email to customer service with payment PDF.they told me wait till 3 Business Days.
Even I called customer care 5-6 times,they are saying no balance update on my gadgets360 a/c.
and they are disconnecting the call again and again.
Plz help
