We had been to the French Loaf Santoshpur outlet last Tuesday i.e. 17th June ’16 and ordered a chicken sandwich, mango milk shake and a cup of coffee.
But after paying the bill suddenly I noticed that there was a table tent advertisemnet where it was displayed that the sandwich and milkshake came under a combo offer of 150/-. But neither were we guided by their staff while placing the order that if we would like to avail the combo nor were we charged as per the combo rate.
We were charged for the individual items and on asking for clarifiaction the staff gave a very stupid explaination that the sandwich in the combo offer was some two / three tired and was not the same.
But my queery is how are the customers supposed to know, their staff could have atleast given us the option, then it was definitely our choice. But not only this when we asked him clarifiaction he denied his fault with a very wrong attitute.
I am highly dissatisfied with such behavious of their staff and will make sure that I never visit the coffee shop again, also will spread this amongst my acquaitances.
