REFUND
Dear Sir,
I make a payment against my MTNL landline number-01122933080 for Rs.836 by Freecharge.in. They deducted balance from my account but not paid to MTNL. when i m contacted them by email they say it will take up to 72 hours, its too long time to wait so i pay it manually.
NOW I WANT TO MY MONEY BACK, I HAVE TRIED SO MANY TIME TO CONTACTED THEM BUT THEY DIDN’T PICKED MY CALL.
