Fraud on paytm through fake call Complaints & Reviews

Help me out! Actually on yesterday i.e on 21th July’17 at 7:30 got a call from unkown number (989706750) yesterday’s evening and when i answered the call he pretend to be my Mama ji and he wanted help, he told me he is stuck in murthal and has lost hi wallet and phone so he wanted me to send some money through paytm and that is RS4000. He said have to make a payment to hotel and he gave me paytm number i.e 9068324967 After few minutes he again called me and ask me for more help and told me to paytm him 5000rs more and when i called her on daughter’s number she told me that Mamu was at home. When i called back on his number and when he reallised that i got to know that he was not the actuall person he was pretending to be so he stopped picking my call. When i went to make a FIR they told me only Cyber Cell can help me out and Its a humble request to you that please make a quick action and get my transaction back because his phone is still ON.
