Fraud in Consumer durable

I am Dipin Bhatt from Ahmedabad, Gujarat region, I have selected your LG model 42LB5820 at your dealer in Maninagar Area Named Shree Navkar Owner Mr. Paresh Patel, Representative was Mr. Viral Patel, Given loan by Capital First Mr. Ravi . As i have mentioned even though showed me 42LB5820 model with Magic Remote and other features, Shree Navkar (Dealer) has supplied 42LS5700 model at home. I have purchased this TV on 7 September 2014, he has given me bill on 18 December 2014, Where i came to know that he has supplied different Model, against my complaint to Owner of Shree Navkar and your area manager Mr. Maulik Bhatt, they said that on the date of 7 September 2014 Model no. 42LB5820 was not there only 42LS5700 model was there. so whatever they have mentioned in bill was right. but i am sure about the model as i knew only 42LB5820 model and i have enquired about the same model to other dealer and other company like sony also for my comparision. please reply for more details
