Flipkart – Wrost phone moto g turbo edition

Sir I purchased a phone moto g turbo edition on 23 January when I use it its battory is going hot and hot I call the customer care they denied to return the phone and after this there is no response from the seller and Flipkart I do many emails to customer support of Flipkart but there is no response now this phone starts hanging I can’t use Internet on it I cannot play game on it because when I do this it start hanging and bettry also getting hot
