i bought a product from flipkart (Portronics Pure Sound Pro BT 2 Mobile/Tablet Speaker) order id OD305007212315381000. the product was broken so i complained a refund/replacement.I called them for several time but they r literally not giving me the refund. they have been bluffing on the phone all the time, the product costs me Rs. 2739. please do something about it….
