Flipkart – Refund

I had purchased one mobile lenovo k3 note of Rs. 9999 from flipkart on 26 Oct 2015. And applied for replacement due to display problem on 13 November 2015. The product had been replaced on 16 November 2015.again there is a touch problem on replaced one.

Again I had applied for refund on flipkart on 2 Dec. 2015.The product had been picked up on 3 Dec. 2015.The product had been misplaced by the field executive.I am having the acknowledgement slip given by field executive.

The company is not taking ot seriously.I want refund of Rs. 9999 from flipkart.
