Firstcry – Firstcry: Prepaid Ordered product not received, inspite of continuous follow ups and complaints

Compalint on Firstcry:
Prepaid Ordered product not received, inspite of continuous follow ups and complaints, although was assured of receiving the same in multiple instances by the Customer Support team.
26th May 2014: Received a confirmation mail for the Order No 757805NMN60C8783
30th May 2014: Update on this order requesting for additional 48 hours for shipping.
1st June 2014: Order is cancelled and amount of Rs. 384.70 has been added to the Cash Refund section on firstcry
2nd June 2014: Complaint was raised by me to [email protected], stating the following issues:
Issues:
1) No Phone call received wrt the cash refund initiated. And that too the cash refund is as credits in the firstcry account and not transferred to the bank account.
2) Cashback Coupon code: Cb5A14P3oZMajr7 worth Rs. 250 was applied. This is not included in the refund.
3) The items that were cancelled in my order are still available on your website(It has not gone Out of Stock). then why is the order cancelled
2nd June 2014: After continuous followup, the coupon code was refunded by providing another coupon, which didnt work, then again complained about the same and asked them to re-raise the same order themselves, as they mentioned that the system had cancelled the order based on non-shipment after crossing the lead time, but the items are actually in stock. (Re-ordered Order no. 757805NPO330C321)
2nd June 2014: Mentioned to them that the Status shows to me as Confirmed but Cheque in Process. Again had to followup on the same, they said nothing to worry everything has been taken care of, it is just taking sometime for it to be reflected in the System.
06-June-2014: Again called the customer care stating the status still shows “Cheque in Process” This time they had a different story they mentioned to me that they are still waiting for their accounts team to act upon the same. They have escalated it as a high priority task for closure.
06-June-2014(12:00 am): I receive a mail stating: “We regret to inform you that your Order no. 757805NPO330C321 has been cancelled.”
The history repeats, back to square one!!!
I am feeling very much cheated, and a lot of my time has been lost in followups, and that too in vain- as till today I havent received my prepaid order!!!
Firstcry’s ground rules and ethics are highly questionable considering this incident.
