I had placed an order on 30th may 2014 for Johnson’s baby top to toe wash(500ml). The same was shipped via Xpressbees AWB: 3E402517766 and theEstimated Delivery Date was 06-06-2014. Today is 7th June 2014 and the order is still not recd. An absolute example of third grade services and management by first cry team. As per the courier website, the consignment is in my city since 2nd June 2014 and yet not delivered. The logistics dept is absolutely not bothered to keep a track of this. This clearly shows their inability to do their job. I think you all should shut your services coz you are unable to render your services.
I have made a request to cancel this order and give my refund until 12th
