firstcry.com – Not Responding

I made a purchase on Firstcry.com. I don’t weather this is the correct place or not to complain. Here my case is after ordering i have some issues so that i wanted to cancel the order so i went to myaccount and i’m unable to find the cancel button at anywhere. so i tried to find out their toll free number they gave like following ‘Click here to receive an instant call back from us’ after that i have one button called click me now. i clicked and i got a IVR cal i choose a correct option but it is disconnected by saying some thing like long wait time. I did the same thing couple of times the result is same. After that i tried to contact them through their contact form that is not at all working. So i sent a mail to the [email protected]. Till now i did’t get any reply from them. some one can suggest me what to do
